What does Al Gore's Movie have to do with real estate investing?
Davis Guggenheim, the director of Al Gore's movie, An Inconvenient Truth, told the Washington Post, "As I got into Al's story, I see a human being who's made some tough, tough choices in his life. After the 2000 election? To go back deeper and deeper into this issue? To decide that it is the most important thing he can do. . . . I see how tireless he is. That, to me, is so dramatic, so inspiring."

Al Gore played a slide show of his environmental work to Laurie David, wife to the creator of HBO's Curb your Enthusiasm, Larry David, after the premiere of the global warming doomsday film, "The Day After Tomorrow." Laurie David had Al Gore meet with "Pulp Fiction" producer, Lawrence Bender, and eBay founder, Jeffrey Skoll, to get Al Gore's movie financed. An Inventory of Truth has made $4 million since opening on May 24.

Real estate investments can also require networking with middlemen at the right time to get you to the investor financing your deals. A real estate investor has to sell the logistics of the creative financing she is proposing, overcoming professional objections from property owners, real estate agents, partnering investors. Real estate investing success can also require you to overcome personal obstacles in your life that may prevent you from closing on time - a death in the family, job loss, etc.

Al Gore got into an accident that almost took his son's life; Gore lost a controversial presidential election to Bush; and Al Gore's sister died of lung cancer. Al Gore is going to tell you how he reengineered his life by following a 30 year passion to remedy global warming.

If you are buying your first single family home or a multi-million dollar commercial plaza you have to communicate and execute the logisitics of your deal no matter what you have been through. And real estate success can only be achieved when you channel a passion into your investing. You've got to picture yourself using the $400 or $10,000 or $100,000 in passive income your properties will generate without any work on your part.

Gore is going to speak on how you could apply the entreprenurial prowess he used to launch a youth-oriented television network, Current TV, and an environmentally conscious investment firm when you invest in real estate. Real estate investments are businesses that demand businessmen and businesswomen that inspire people to act.

I created this blog when I marketed registrations to the Real Estate Wealth Expos with the Learning Annex. TheTrump Think Big Expo was held in Minneapolis on June 15, 2006. The information primarily marketed registrations to the event, but it also expressed my reflection, as a seminar junkie, of a controversial self-help industry; I truly believe the information can help you get where you want. As a result of my success with this campaign I now coordinate interactive strategy for Imperial Jets private jet charter.

On you can choose jets from our private aircraft stock photo gallery and request a rate for a private jet charter that departs and arrives when you decide.
Stop by anytime.

Thank you for reading.
